Návrh konferenčního stolku
Šídová, Laura
The aim of this thesis is to create a design of a conference table suitable for the living room. The theoretical part describes the historical overview of table furniture, its use and reshaping into its current form. Furthermore, it deals with research of the Slovak and Czech markets for furniture, typology of table furniture, its ergonomics and safety. In the practical part, the theme of the coffee table is made from the initial sketches to the final design of the product. What’s more, the development of the design solution in the form of drawing documentation and bill of materials, material search and an overview of selected materials and forging. The conclusion of the practical part deals with the economic evaluation of the direct costs of the material. The result of the work is the realization of the 3D model on a scale of 1:10.
Posouzení pevnosti lepení při nastavování překližovaných materiálů
Krejčíř, Michal
This master thesis is focused on mechanical properties of glued scarf for long-grain plywood extension made by request of company Orlimex CZ s.r.o. Main goal was to find out best type of joint and glue for this purpose and compare strength prop-erties of scarf jointed plywood versus non-jointed plywood. The reason for scarf-jointing plywood is the production on custom sized and non-standard panels as well as evaluating panel´s quality and possible application of cut off boards. All plywood properties were tested according to CSN EN terms and evaluated by statistics and cut analysis
Posouzení kvality dýhových sesazenek upravených tiskem
Kollarová, Eva
The main aim was to discover how the print will act if used as a finish treatment of furniture element by testing according to Czech standards. This thesis in theoretical part deals with fine face veneer manufacturing, demands on input raw material, describes procedures and technologies used in veneer manufacturing process. Then, it deals with spliced veneer problematics, especially factors which influence their quality. There is a brief overview of the worldwide production of veneers during years 2007 – 2017, also of import and export of veneer sheets to / from Czech Republic. In practical part, there were carried out tests of surface finish treatments according to chosen Czech standards, which were then analysed in accordance to ČSN 91 0102. Used samples were veneered, treated by oil – wax finishing and then printed. One of the tests was resistance to light – realized in climatic chamber for artificial aging (3 variants – each for 250 hours; first to simulate exterior conditions, second interior conditions and third interior conditions with high humidity). The requirements of the standard were not met in test of resistance to wet heat (change grade 3) and in case of resistance of light – almost all colours (except white and black) had greater value of total colour difference ΔE* than required in standard – more than 3,4 ± 0,4.
Netradiční použití dřeva - dřevo a oděv
Kaláčová, Veronika
The content of this thesis is the design of a clothing that is largely made from wood material. The work is devided into two parts. The first, theoretical part is focused on the wood, its structure and work with it. Furthermore it deals with wooden elements available on the market. This research serves as a source of inspiration for the design. The second part is practical. There is described a production process of the design from initial sketches to the resulting model, which is demonstrated in the photos.
Vybrané aplikace dekorativních materiálů na nábytkové dílce
Pavlas, Leoš
The object of this work is a comprehensive summary of available information on current systems, gluing thin decorative materials for rigid parts. It also aims to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of different technological processes, evaluate the link between technology and the use of materials and the appreciation of the differences between the different technologies and different materials.
Vliv povrchového materiálu na ohybové vlastnosti dřevotřískových desek s redukovanou hustotou
Havelková, Hana
The research was partially inspired by sandwich constructions, where the core delivering lightweight attribute and covering material the strength. In the research particleboards covered by different overlays were produced. The bending strength, modulus of elasticity, tensile strength and swelling properties were determined. Properties were compared with particleboard without overlay as well as between each tested group using Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and descriptive statistics. The HPL shown the most promising results while veneered surface delivered further questions considering swelling.
Slisovatelnost dýh pro použití ve vrstvených lepených materiálech
Krejčíř, Michal
This bachelor work is based on studies of physical and mechanical properties of plywoods with various composition. The goal of research was to determine the influence of pre-pressed beech veneer on bending properties. There is also review of plywoods manufacturing in the work. The properties of plywood were tested according to EN standards and evalueted by descriptive statistics and Analysis of variance.
Posouzení možnosti použití kamenné dýhy na opláštění konstrukčních materiálů
Lipták, Jan
Abstract Author: Bc. Jan Lipták Title: Review of the possibility of the use of the stone veneer for constructional materials sheathing The aim of the diploma thesis was to review whether the stone veneer is suitable or comparable material for sheathing constructional materials. The beech veneer was used for the comparison. Firstly, the history of the veneers and the decorative veneers manufacturing are described in the theoretical part. Then it is focused on the stone treatment, its history and the manufacturing of the stone veneer. The next part of the thesis deals with the methods of the stone and beech veneer testing: bending strength tests, glue strength tests, humidity and density assessing and tests of the surface working resistance to a falling small ball. Further, results of measurements are presented in form of tables and graphs. The results proved that the stone veneer is comparable to the beech veneer that reached better results in bending strength. The stone veneer is better in the glue strength. The density tests pointed out the higher density of the stone veneer. The humidity is influenced by the density and the stone veneer samples were of lower humidity. The tests of the surface working resistance to a falling small ball did not recorded notable differences, the degree of the damage was assessed to be of the level 4. The last part of the thesis comprises the discussion, conclusion and literature references.
